Development Officer

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference and is as passionate and enthusiastic about improving lives across Greater Manchester and beyond as we are.

Joining us as a Development Officer as part of a newly created team, you will lead on the implementation and delivery of housing development projects, working closely with the Development Manager.

A detailed knowledge of appraising and negotiating housing development opportunities is essential as is making Homes England bids.  You should also have good communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet.

Management Accountant

As the Management Accountant, you will be working closely with the Head of Finance to deliver effective financial and operational performance reporting, produce budgets and forecasts, prepare statutory accounts and have line management responsibility for a small transaction processing team.

This role will give you an excellent opportunity to consolidate your finance experience by getting involved in a whole range of different finance activities and as we are part of a much large group, for the right candidate, the world is your oyster!  

Arcon can offer you a competitive remuneration package which includes a salary circa £33k negotiable dependent on experience and your track record of achievement. There is the opportunity for further salary progression as you move towards gaining your finance qualification and we will support you to achieve this.
