When it comes to buying in goods and services and how we carry out our work, we aim to get the best value for money, delivering services in a cost-effective and efficient way. Where the savings go

So what do we do with the money we save? Quite simply, it goes towards the cost of maintaining and improving your homes. It lets us carry out work not originally in our budget, including improvements to many of our older terraced houses.
