Our Corporate Plan

In September 2016, our Board approved our new five year Corporate Plan (2016-2021) with the dual aims of modernising Arcon and seeking new ways to grow and diversify.

A key objective of our Plan sees Arcon continuing as an independent organisation, whilst delivering high quality, value for money services and meeting the wide range of housing needs, across the North West region. You can view the key points of our Corporate Plan here.

Our Vision

Arcon’s ‘Vision’ is:

To create a new dynamic, highly distinctive and independent regional housing group, that provides a variety of high quality services and offers different tenures to suit individual needs and aspirations.
