 Below is a brief outline of the key roles for each member of the Arcon team. If you would like any further information then please contact our Customer Hub.

                             Outline of Staff Roles

We have 3 Customer Service Officers who are responsible for –

  • Call handling & ordering of repairs
  • Former Tenant Arrears
  • Rehousing queries & mutual exchanges
  • Setting up Direct Debits
  • General Tenancy Administration

 

We have 3 Housing Officer’s who are responsible for –

  • Collecting rents, managing arrears and maximising residents income & attending court if necessary
  • Letting vacant properties – managing tenants moving out and finding new tenants by advertising and then allocating fairly
  • Dealing with neighbour complaints – anything from an untidy garden to noise nuisance to major anti-social behaviour.

We have 2 building surveyors who are responsible for –

  • Planned works & improvements – kitchen and bathroom renewals, roof renewals, external painting contracts.
  • Inspection & ordering of complex repairs & empty properties in need of full refurbishment.
  • Health & safety contracts such as gas servicing, legionella and asbestos management.

We have Finance Officers who are responsible for –

  • Rents & Service Charge – charging rents, calculating service charges and processing payments (direct debits, cash. Housing Benefit, Universal Credit)
  • Management Accounts – budgeting and reporting
  • Accounts Payable – Invoice processing
IT Support Officer
  • 1st Line Technical Support
  • Project Support and Training

The above teams are each managed by the following managers. 

Outline of Leadership Team Roles

 

Leadership Team

  • Property Services Manager – Manages Surveyors and Admin Officers, major contracts
  • Head of Finance – Manages Finance Officers, responsible for budgeting & reporting and anything else financial including reporting
  • Housing & Customer Service Manager – supervises Housing Officers & Customer Hub, responsible for customer service and tenancy related matters.
  • Development Manager - Responsible for the delivery of Development Program, Sales & Leasehold Management
  • Head of IT and Digital Services - Manages the IT Infrastructure, Digital Services, Support and IT Support Officer
