
Homes England sets out the regulatory standards that we have to comply with, when it comes to the services we deliver for our customers.
We always aim to be open and accountable and in our quest to continually improve our services, we measure, monitor and publish information on how we are performing, comparing ourselves against other housing associations, through HouseMark.
Regular internal reports are produced, for our Board, month on month, summarising our performance in all our service areas. By monitoring our performance, in this way, we are able to quickly identify any problem areas and put them right.
