Update on Arcon’s Services and support available in response to the coronavirus

Update on the Coronavirus situation

The government has introduced a number of new ways in which it will support people who have been affected by the current crisis due to sickness or inability to work. They have also issued some further guidance for landlords and tenants.

If you are having difficulties paying your rent please contact us on 0161 214 4120 or customerservice@arcon.org.uk as soon as possible and we will be able to offer you advice based on your circumstances.  The payment of your rent should remain to be a priority and Arcon are committed to helping their residents through this difficult time and ensuring that they get all the financial support available to them.   It is essential that you work with Arcon to make sure your rent is paid.  

We are reaching out to the most vulnerable customers and contacting them by phone. If you have concerns about a neighbour who may be vulnerable and alone please contact us. We would like to make sure they are aware of support that is available.  We would also like to know if you are self-isolating and require any assistance.
