Arcon Housing Group is, as previously reported, considering an exciting offer to join the Bolton at Home Group in a merger that will enhance both social landlords’ opportunities to develop much needed new levels of housing supply in the future.
I want to provide an update on the significant progress we have made on all fronts regarding these merger discussions
Since opening for bids in October 2018, our Community Fund has supported 3 Arcon residents and 12 organisations with awards for everything from a new laptop for one of our residents studying for an Open University degree to funding for a Development Coordinator for The Oasis Centre in Gorton.
Families are moving into their new homes in Boothstown, Salford in time for Christmas as part of a regeneration scheme launched by Arcon Housing Group.

Stakeholders, including Arcon Housing Group Board members and the Deputy Chief Executive of Bolton at Home Noel Sharpe, attended the launch at the Bellway Homes’ Edenfields development at Boothstown in Salford.
