Re: 2020 Housing Stock Condition Survey
Arcon Housing Association have commissioned Pennington Choices to undertake a survey of its current housing stock. Pennington Choices are an organisation with over 20 years of experience in providing various technical services and surveying properties.
Surveys will take place from July 2020 and will enable Arcon Housing Association to plan what type of works programmes will be required in the future.
The survey will comprise of a brief inspection (including photographs) of your home, looking at the external features, internal fixtures, energy efficiency and systems to establish their condition and future maintenance needs.
Pennington Choices will be making contact with our customers over the coming weeks/months to arrange an appointment time the survey will take up to 30 minutes, we would be grateful if you could make yourself available.
At these current times, all our surveyors will adhere to the appropriate precautions agreed with Arcon Housing Association and will be operating as per the current government guidance. All surveyors will confirm with you prior to attending your property at the below suggested time. Our surveyors will only enter the property if they and the residents of the property do not have any symptoms. Appropriate PPE will be worn at all times during the survey including a face mask and gloves.
Each surveyor will be carrying an identification card, which you should always ask to see before giving anyone access to your home. The surveyor’s identification can also be checked using the Freephone number provided on the letter that you we receive from Pennington Choices over the coming weeks.
We would be grateful if you allow Pennington Choices access to your home in order for us to conduct this important work.
Should you wish to discuss the survey further, please do not hesitate in contacting Arcon Hosing Association.
