Ways to Report Repairs
You can report non-urgent repairs by:
- calling 0161 214 4120, between 9.00am and 5.00pm (Monday to Friday)

You can report emergency repairs by calling 0161 214 4120, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please be aware that emergency repairs must be reported by phone and not by text or online.
Our response times
Depending on the type of repair you report, we will respond within the following timescales:
- High risk emergency: within 4 Hours
- Emergency repairs: within 24 hours
- Non-urgent repairs: within 20 calendar days
Emergency repairs
We class repairs as emergencies when there is an immediate health and safety risk to you, your household or your home. Examples of such emergencies include serious electrical faults, total loss of water supply and major leaks. If such an emergency occurs, please ring 0161 214 4120 any time of the day and any day of the week. Please do not report emergency repairs by text or online.
No electricity
If you find yourself without electricity, always check that it is not down to a blown fuse or lack of credit, on your meter. If it is a genuine fault, please ring 0161 214 4120, both during and outside working hours.
Gas leaks
If you smell gas, act quickly. Check that a gas appliance has not been left on and if not, turn the gas off at the mains, open your windows and ring Cadent Gas on 0800 111 999.
Gas central heating faults
If you find your gas central heating is not working, first check your gas supply is in credit. If you discover a leaking radiator, place a container under the leak and if possible, shut off the radiator valves. During working hours (between 9.00am and 5.00pm), contact Liberty on 0330 333 5786 or by email at arcon@liberty-group.co.uk Outside working hours (between 5.00pm and 9.00am), please ring 0161 214 4120.
Break-ins and vandalism
If your home has been broken into or vandalised, report the incident to the Police, at the earliest possible moment. You should record the Police Log number, Crime Incident number and date. You must also report the damage to us by ringing 0161 214 4120, during working hours (between 5.00pm and 9.00am).
