The Arcon team is delighted that our regulator Homes England recently confirmed that Arcon has maintained its top G1 and V1 rating for governance and financial viability, after our In Depth Assessment (IDA).

Spring in Our Step

With spring finally here, Arcon residents have given their thumbs up to a new colour scheme for communal areas following a trial at Arundel and Braemar Court.

Arcon's Community Initiatives

During this cold snap, our thoughts turn to the homeless people on our city streets and our ongoing commitment to the care and safety of our residents and the communities we work alongside.

Arcon is supporting a range of worthy causes via our Community Fund, where local organisations can bid for a share of £25,000. We have successfully funded 9 projects across Greater Manchester with offer services such as befriender service, a breakfast club for school pupils, yoga classes for those with Multiple Sclerosis and funding for community advice centres. Partnership working for 2018

In-Depth Assessment

Over the last couple of months, Arcon has been proactively assisting in a very worthwhile in-depth assessment (IDA), looking at our governance and financial strengths. We have been transparent with our new regulator, Homes England; the results will be published shortly.

I would like to take this opportunity, in the first of my monthly Blogs, to wish all of our residents and partners an enjoyable and festive winter break. We hope Arcon’s residents will be sharing in the community spirit across your neighbourhoods.

At Arcon, we are passionate about people and everything that we do. We are conscious this can be a challenging time for our residents, with pre-Christmas and January debt, the threat of loan sharks and the cost of fuel during the cold months.
