Shared Ownership - What does it mean?
Shared ownership was introduced to help people unable to afford to buy their homes outright.
If you were to go down this route, you would buy a share, in one of our properties and pay a rent to us, on the remaining share.
Over time, you could buy further shares, in your property and eventually own your home outright.
You can find out all about the shared ownership by visiting the Government’s home ownership website here .
