From simply telling us how we are doing to actively getting involved in developing how we work, there are plenty of ways for you to influence what we do. A whole range of opportunities is on offer for you to have your say and help shape and improve our services. Here are some of them.
Each year, we publish our Customer annual report, which let you know how we are performing and will also be sending out a bi-monthly Customer newsletter via email. We regularly update our website and feature news posts of any upcoming events. Arcon is also on the following social media platforms - Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin & Youtube, follow us to keep updated.
You can get involved by simply completing one of our customer surveys by post, over the phone, by text or online. This is a quick and easy way to get your voice heard and we very much value your feedback when it comes to improving the services we provide.
We invite customers to ‘go undercover’ and become mystery shoppers, helping us test the true quality of our services over the telephone and online.
We are always looking for volunteers to join our Reading Panel. This involves ‘editing’ our customer publications such as our annual report, newsletters and fact sheets. To pass the Panel’s scrutiny, information must be relevant, interesting and easy to understand. This is a job that can be tackled from home with no need to attend meetings.
Our Tenant Scrutiny Committee acts as a ‘critical friend’, reviewing and challenging how we are performing and how we deliver our services. We consult, with the Committee, on any major changes to the ways we deliver our services. Click here to read more about the Committee’s work.
Complete online surveys, improve services, and get rewarded.
Say hello to our Resident Voices Channel!
Give your opinion to improve the services you get from us, suggest new ideas, and get free high street shopping vouchers- all from the comfort and safety of your own home.
Be part of Resident Voices Channel (RVC) and share your thoughts to help us deliver a better service for your community.
For the time being, you’ll need to have access to the internet and use email to join the RVC as all activity is happening online. We’re sorry there isn’t currently another way to take part if you don’t use the internet or email. This is a new initiative and we may develop other ways of taking part in the future.
Being part of the RVC won’t require much of your time but it will give you the power to make an impact and reward you with points each time you take part that build-up to high street shopping vouchers.
By giving us your feedback this way, you’ll:
Resident Voices Channel is open to you if you’re:
Influence your area and receive vouchers– all without leaving your home and at a time that suits you.
For now, you’ll receive surveys to complete online and get other opportunities to tell us what you think. You’ll earn points for each activity, which you can build-up and convert into high street shopping vouchers– helping your community and yourself.
When it’s safe to do so and based on your preferences, we might expand the ways to be involved in the RVC and also the range of benefits from being a member.
