Tackling Anti-social Behaviour

We take all reports of anti-social behaviour seriously and never want you to suffer in silence. Anti-social behaviour covers:

  • loud music, doors banging, dogs barking, loud arguments etc
  • vandalism, graffiti and other deliberate damage to property
  • domestic abuse, verbal abuse and threatening behaviour
  • racial or any other harassment
  • teenagers hanging around on the streets
  • rubbish and litter
  • drug use or dealing and prostitution
  • drunk or rowdy behaviour
  • noisy neighbours
  • pets fouling
  • abandoned, dangerous or burnt out vehicles.

If you need to report an incident or if you need advice, please contact our Customer Hub , on 0161 214 4120.  We can call, write to or visit whoever is causing your problem. We will enforce the responsibilities, set out in our Tenancy Agreement, to make sure you can enjoy living peacefully in your home. 

There are a range of actions we can take to help you, including mediation, warnings, Acceptable Behaviour Contracts and legal action.
