Your furniture and personal belongings are not insured by Arcon. It is your responsibility to protect these items should anything go wrong.
How do I get insurance?
Insurance can be obtained either through an independent insurance provider or through the ‘My Home’ scheme.
What am I covered against?
‘My Home’ offers cover in most cases against theft, water damage and fire.
What is covered?
Internal decorations, accidental damage to toilets & washbasins, lost keys & freezer contents are all examples of items that are covered.
How do I pay?
There are many options to pay including cash, cheque, direct debit and debit card. You can pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly—whichever is best for you.
