Making a complaint
We take complaints very seriously and in order to deal with them fairly, we have a procedure to follow which covers both poor service by Arcon and appeals against housing allocation decisions. We define a complaint as “an expression of dissatisfaction about a service provided by Arcon, where a previous attempt to resolve the issue has failed".
This procedure is not for dealing with everyday matters such as repair requests, neighbour disputes, transfer requests, etc. which should be reported to customerservice. If you want to make a complaint and you believe that it falls outside the category of an ‘everyday matter’, please let us know the details of what we did badly or wrong, by filling in our @arcon.org.ukComplaint & Appeal Form.
