At Arcon, we aim to provide a high quality service in all areas of our work and we would like to hear from you, either if we have performed well, or if we have done something wrong or performed badly.

If you would like to send in a complaint, please let us know details of what we did badly or wrong on our complaints form.
We take complaints very seriously and, in order to deal with them fairly, we have a complaints procedure to follow which covers both poor service by Arcon and appeals against housing allocation decisions. This procedure is not for dealing with everyday matters such as repair requests, neighbour disputes, transfer requests, etc. and these should be reported to your housing officer/maintenance department in the usual way.
