How to use BillPay
Alliance and Leicester’s BillPay allows you to pay your rent and other charges securely online.
To use BillPay you first need to register your email address and then set up an account for the item you want to pay, eg rent. If you wish to pay for another item, eg a garage rent or rechargable repair, another account will need to be set up for that.
Once registered and the payment details have been set up you can log in and pay when you need to.

Before you begin
You will need a working email address and your tenant reference code. You will find your reference code on correspondence from Arcon. If you are unsure which code to use then please contact Arcon’s Finance Department.
Please note that if you are making a payment for a garage, rechargeable repair, court costs, chief/ground rent or service charge (leaseholders only), this code will be different to your tenant reference code and should be set up separately. Please contact us for the correct code.
Registering
To pay your rent and other charges online you need to register with BillPay.
Go to https://www.billpayment.co.uk.
- Click on Register on the left hand side

- Read the Terms and Conditions. Click ‘Accept terms & conditions’

- Enter your personal details by following the instructions on screen, then click ‘Submit’. All items marked * must be filled in. Please note that BillPay will send the receipt for your payment to the email address you give.
You have now registered to BillPay.

Creating an account for Arcon
Before you can pay, you need to tell BillPay who you are going to pay and what it is for.
- Click on the ‘Payment Profile’ button (or ‘Change your details’ on the left hand side and then ‘Payment Profile’ if you have moved away from the successful registration page). Then click on ‘Add new account’

- Click on ‘Add new account’ and choose ‘Company name’ then click on ‘Search’. Choose ‘Arcon Housing Association Ltd’ then click on ‘Search’.

- In the blank box under ‘Select bill to pay and enter customer reference code’ enter your tenant reference code and then click on ‘Add new account’.

- You now have Arcon in your payment profile. If you wish to pay for another item such as a rechargeable repair you will need to create a new account. To do this, click on ‘Add new account’ and repeat the process from step 2, using the separate code.

Making a payment
If you are not already logged in, go to https://www.billpayment.co.uk and enter your email address and password.
- Click on ‘Pay a bill’ on the left hand side.

- Choose which reference code you want to pay. Enter the amount to pay and your card details etc. then click ‘Continue’.

- Check the payment details are correct then click ‘Confirm payment’.

- Print off the next page for your information. A receipt will also be sent to your email address.
