Pinpoint Lettings Service
What is it?
Pinpoint is a choice based lettings service which provides access to social housing across the whole of Greater Manchester.
It provides more choice in selecting a home and offers you greater opportunity in deciding where you want to live.
Pinpoint is a partnership between the 9 Greater Manchester Local Authorities and 13 Housing Associations.
You register just once and this registration enables access to Pinpoint properties across Greater Manchester, you will not have to register with every local authority. You can still express interest in properties in your local scheme; expressing interest in Pinpoint properties gives you an additional choice.
Where are the properties advertised?
Available properties are advertised on the Pinpoint website: www.pinpoint.org.uk from all over Greater Manchester.
How do I register?
You will need to register with one of the Pinpoint partners. This registration will mean you can apply for one Pinpoint property each week as well as the properties available through your local scheme.
