Arcon Developments Ltd has properties on four market rent developments where rents are higher than those of our affordable housing stock. To be considered for one of these properties you must be employed and provide satisfactory references. All properties except for Burton Mews in Didsbury are let through local Lettings Agents who carry out a full credit check at application stage. One month’s full rent is taken at sign up as a deposit.
