- Arcon Developments Ltd has properties on 4 market rent developments where rents are higher than those of our affordable rent homes. To be considered for one of these properties you must be employed and provide satisfactory references.
- Shared ownership
- Shared ownership, or Homebuy, allows first time buyers who cannot afford to purchase a property outright a way of getting on to the property ladder.
- Pinpoint Choice Based Lettings Service
- We are part of the Pinpoint Lettings Service which gives access to social housing across the whole of Greater Manchester.
